My Journal Subscription
Access to Kriti Ink My Journal means you agree to a $3 AUD monthly subscription fee paid upfront for instant access & the following months from your purchase date. After you sign up you also agree to have the $3 monthly fee automatically deducted from your account every month thereafter until your Kriti Ink My Journal subscription is cancelled.

Cancellation can be done at anytime for any reason; you can do so through your Kriti Ink account or go to the contact us page & send Kriti Ink a message that you wish to cancel.
Please note
Due to the low value and consistent payment plan by Kriti Ink, you will keep your access to the end of your last paid month after cancelling and will not receive a refund, prorated or otherwise.

Processing and Delivery
All digital products purchased on Kriti Ink will be sent as a zip file to your email address once you have completed your cart purchase.
Note: You will not receive a physical product from Kriti Ink if you purchase a digital download product.
Please check before completion that you have put in the correct spelling of the email address your file link is to be sent to. Make sure to check your spam/junk mail if you struggle to find your Kriti Ink email in your inbox. Please also be aware that your Kriti Ink download link will come with an expiry so make sure to download/save your Kriti Ink files ASAP. Please contact us if you require assistance.

Please be mindful that the delivery times we give you are guided estimates only. The actual delivery time will have many contributing factors out of our control. Please contact us before placing your order if it is time sensitive.

Kriti Ink processing policy is between 1-3 business days (excludes weekends). Kriti Ink takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order has been shipped, we will investigate your specified situation and we will work towards establishing an appropriate solution with the shipping provider.

We post all deliveries to the address you have provide us with, so check your order dispatch email to ensure that the address is the right one. While Kriti Ink accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to any incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, we will investigate your specified situation and we will work towards establishing an appropriate solution. We currently offer free express shipping within Australia. Please note that a shipment can take 1-4 business days to be delivered once shipped.​​

Import Duties & Taxes
Apart from Australian GST, Kriti Ink is not collecting any taxes on your behalf.

If your order is to be internationally from Australia, we assume that you’re aware of any import duties or taxes that may apply in the country your order is being shipped to. Kriti Ink will not be responsible for the payment of any such costs, nor will we be responsible for replacing goods that may be seized by customs in your country. Kriti Ink will not be responsible for the fate of the goods where customer refuses to accept shipments where duties and taxes are payable.
Cancellations, returns and replacements
Kriti Ink shall not accept a cancellation of an order for change of mind unless Kriti Ink chooses to do so at their absolute discretion. If Kriti Ink does accept such a cancellation, you are required to pay an amount in which Kriti Ink views as reasonable and reflects the loss that Kriti Ink will suffer as a consequence of the cancellation (this is including but not limited to; the production, handling or storage fees and any mark downs). Kriti Ink will remove this amount from the payment you have made and refund the balance. Please note that refunds could take up to 10 business days to appear in your account.

All Kriti Ink sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us with details of the product (including photos of the packaging if damage is due to shipping) and the defect within 7 days of receiving the item. While Kriti Ink takes no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will work towards establishing an appropriate solution with the shipping provider.

Once we receive your inquiry, we will fully examine your specified case and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
